Born in Michigan, perhaps those Midwestern roots are the impetus for Susan’s work ethic and business philosophy to go above and beyond the expectations of her most demanding clients.

It was the “lake effect” that drove Susan west. After learning Boulder has 300 days of sunshine each year, Baca headed for the business school at the University of Colorado where she earned her B.S. degree. She fell in love with the mountains and with a skateboard-riding biology major whom she married. Twenty years and two children later . . . Susan's entrepreneurial background includes ownership of a bed & breakfast and an organic greenhouse.

Susan earned her broker's license in 2004 and is currently studying for her GRI, the equivalent of a master's degree in real estate. The award-winning broker associate genuinely loves the business and is dedicated to transcending the typical real estate experience.
